The units here are really comfy, featuring a king-size bed instead of two queens, plus they come with a TV. 🛏️.

The location was favourable as for me, close to Traverse City, restaurants and downtown. It also was in the area.

The location couldn't be more prime convenient to the airport. There was Tim Hortons nearby to grab something to eat.

This hotel was a great choice for our trip, with everything being excellent and the staff providing outstanding service.

Good for shopping. Clean, good value hotel, its location was convenient and prime and not far from downtown as well as the airport. Adequate rooms with a queen size bed available. Variety of options for hot breakfast. Early check in and late check out. Very clean pool area too.

our king room with usb ports, a tv set, and super fast internet was adequate. the location was handy to be downtown, within walking distance of oh canada eh dinner show.

My queen room offered fantastic modern conveniences like fast WiFi and a whirlpool. the bed was comfortable, ensuring I had a perfect sleep. the location is excellent, close to plenty of attractions in Grand Rapids and the nearby shopping area.

Pool and sauna was relaxing!

This hotel has modern suites and comfortable beds, plus the breakfast is a great deal for our family of four.

Every member of staff were great, especially front desk. Very accommodating and friendly. They helped make our visit more special than anticipated--exceptional service!

Loved being next door to Meijer, the room was clean, and the water pressure was great. Very easy on/off the highway. The pool looked nice though we didn't use it (we did consider getting suits at Meijer and trying it out but decided not to). Parking was adequate and close by.

The bed had a large dip in the middle and the pillows were very flat (only 3 also, instead of 2 or 4 on a queen size bed). The breakfast facilities were rather lacking in space and the ability to keep up with demand. There was no room to sit as couples were taking up space that could have seated 4-6 people so we had to take food back to our room (that is once there was anything ready to take). My biggest complaint was a strange knocking noise that woke my wife and I up around 6 on Sunday morning. It sounded just like somebody knocking 2 to 4 times on a door across the hall. I checked and there was nobody there so it was the pipes or something. It would reoccur every 10-20 minutes. I never did get back to sleep so it pretty much ruined my stay.

The location and the room was very nice and comfy, but the front desk staff were not courteous or friendly at all.

The front desk staff and room rate was rather expensive, but it was due to school event.

The door to our room did not close unless you slammed it shut. There was no food when we went down for breakfast.
